Meal Plans

Our customized plans are tailored to your unique needs, including diet, lifestyle, goals, and cooking experience. Each plans includes a 30 minute call with nutritionist Cristina to discuss goals. With a variety of options to choose from, we're confident you'll find the perfect plan to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

Monthly Meal Plan 

Our monthly meal plan service provides two options: a meal plan with either 3 or 5 recipes per week. The plan includes a shopping list, recipes, prep tips, and recipe breakdown, and is sent every 2 weeks to simplify meal planning and preparation.

3 Month Meal Plan

Looking for a more cost-effective way to enjoy our monthly meal plan service? Our 3-month plan is the perfect solution! It offers the same great features as our monthly subscriptions, but with a discount for those who sign up for a longer period. Choose between 3 or 5 recipes per week, and receive a shopping list, recipes, prep tips, and recipe breakdown every 2 weeks to simplify meal planning and preparation.

No Hassle Meal Plan

Our No Hassle meal plan covers 5 days per week of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack. With our plan, you'll receive a shopping list, recipes, and meal prep tips, as well as unlimited email support, making it easy for you to enjoy healthy meals without any hassle.
